.. Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 1st respondent pertaining to its order vide proceedings in Letter No.SEIAA-

TN/F.6294/2017/NGT dated 26.04.2017 and quash the same and consequently, direct the SEIAA/1st respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 22.01.2017 on merits, for issuance of Environmental Clearance for the mining lease area measuring to an extent of 4.01.0 Hectares in Survey No.130(P), 131/2, 132/2 and 133/1 of Palayam Village, Vedasandur Taluk, Dindigul District to enable the petitioner to commence the quarry operations.
