ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent to investigate the case in Crime No.25 of 2015 pending on his file and alter the FIR by including the offence Under Section 307 of IPC and take further actions in accordance with law within a time frame.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. During the course of investigation, the petitioner is directed to produce sufficient materials before the Investigating Officer and during such a course of investigation, if an offence under Section 307 IPC is made out, the same shall be included in the final report.
