ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the the respondents to dispose the petitioner's representation dated 05.11.2022 within the time fixed by this Court.
2. The case of the petitioner is that he is the erstwhile President of the Temple. According to him, the present Trustee had committed serious irregularities in managing the temple. Therefore, he has given a complaint. But, the respondents have not taken any action on the complaint given by the petitioner. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
3. Considering the limited prayer, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, after hearing the petitioner as well as the Trustee, against whom allegations have been made, decide the same as per law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of Order. If any allegation is made out, action shall be taken as per law.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
