This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.233 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Pollachi.

2.The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing on behalf of the respondent Police submitted that in C.C.No.233 of 2012, the petitioner has been acquitted and the case has been disposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Pollachi by its Judgment dated 10.12.2018.
