O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents herein not to harass the petitioner, without due process of law.

2.The matter relates to a civil dispute. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on a complaint given by an offender, the respondent police are trying to adjudicate the civil dispute between the parties by way of threatening the petitioner.

3.Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, takes notice for the respondents and submits that the presence of the petitioner is required by the respondent police for completion of enquiry.

4.The above statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded and the petitioner is directed to appear before the first respondent on 17.04.2017 for enquiry. On such appearance, necessary enquiry be conducted by the first respondent on that day and further proceedings shall go on. 5.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
