Respondent PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 439(1)(b) of Code of Criminal Procedure, to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.10210 of 2015 in the order dated 24.4.2015 passed by this court.

O R D E R

Petition for relaxation of condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.10210 of 2015 dated 24.4.2015 on the file of this court .

2. This Court in Crl.M.P.No.10210 of 2015, dated 24.4.2015 modified the condition imposed by the Principal District Judge, Coimbatore directing the petitioner to stay at Trichy and report before Judicial Magistrate No.I, Trichy daily twice at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders, to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily twice at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders. Now the petitioner has come forward with the present petition to relax the above said condition passed by this court and prayed for relaxation.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

4. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) also confirms that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions scrupulously.

5. Recording the said submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.10210 of 2015, dated 24.4.2015 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on first Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

7. This Petition is disposed of accordingly.
