Mr.A.Gopinath Government Advocate (Crl.Side) Common Prayer: To relax the condition (b) the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of six weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation the imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos.32677 & 32681 of 2025 on 05.12.2025.

COMMON ORDER This Court while granting bail to the petitioners, directed the petitioners to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of 6 weeks and within a period of three weeks, this petition has been filed seeking relaxation.

2. Since this Court has taken note of the seriousness and granted bail with a condition and now the petitioners seeking relaxation without valid grounds, I am not inclined to relax the condition. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous petitions are dismissed.
