This application has been filed by a third party to the writ petition, seeking to be impleaded as a further respondent.

2. Learned Senior Counsel states that the electric line which is complained of by the writ petitioner is actually running over the center of the property of the present petitioner herein. The petitioner has sought to realign the same to the corner of the property but unfortunately for the petitioner, across the wall, the writ petitioner's property is situated.

3. In view of the fact that all the parties herein are required to examine where the electric line should be drawn, it is only advisable and prudent that all views are taken into consideration. The impleading application is allowed.
