JUDGMENT

This Appeal is filed to set against the Judgment and decree dated 06.10.2010 made in O.S.No.11 of 2009 on the file of the III Additional District Judge, Pondicherry.

2. The learned counsel on either side has submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties before the Mediation Centre attached to this Court and they have entered into a compromise. Pursuant to the same, they have filed a Compromise Memo dated 16.09.2022 which has been duly signed by them and their respective counsel.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and recording the Compromise Memo, this Appeal stands disposed of, in terms of the said Compromise Memo, which shall form part of the Decree. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
