] Since the affidavit filed in support of the present Sub Application was made on 03.01.2024 and thereafter, we had passed orders on 26.02.2024 modifying the timings in the earlier order granting visitation rights to the father of the child, the present Application does not deserve consideration and accordingly, stands closed.
