O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by P.VELMURUGAN, J.) This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent herein for the willful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court dated 03.07.2025 made in W.P.No.24044 of 2025.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent/contemnor submitted that the order of this Court dated 03.07.2025 has already been complied with and when the contempt notice was received, suitable reply was also given.

3. It is seen that the order of this Court dated 03.07.2025 has been duly complied with. Therefore, no contempt is made out. Hence, this Contempt Petition is dismissed.

4. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law, if he is so aggrieved by order passed by the respondent department.
