ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order dated 25.10.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.40217of 2025.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court vide its order dated 25.10.2025, directed the respondents to register the "Will", immediately upon the re-presentation of the same by the petitioner. Instead of registering the same, the respondents directed the petitioner to comply Section 69 of the Tamil Nadu Registration Act, 1908.

3. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's "Will" will be registered by the respondents, subject to the compliance of Section 69 of the Tamil Nadu Registration Act, 1908.

4. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the respondents to register the "Will" presented by the petitioner, subject to the compliance of Section 69 of the Tamil Nadu Registration Act, 1908.

5. Accordingly, this contempt petition stands closed. Consequently, connected sub-applications are closed.
