Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to transfer the investigation of Petitioner`s complaint dated 15/07/2014 from the file of Station House Officer, Lawspet Police Station to the file of Inspector of Police, Anti-Land Grabbing Cell, Puducherry (3rd Respondent herein) and upon transferring the petitioner`s complaint, to direct the 3rd Respondent herein to register a FIR on the Petitioner`s complaint and investigate the same and file a report before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of Petitioner`s complaint dated 15/07/2014 from the file of Station House Officer, Lawspet Police Station to the file of Inspector of Police, Anti-Land Grabbing Cell, Puducherry (3rd Respondent herein) and upon transferring the petitioner`s complaint, to direct the 3rd Respondent herein to register a FIR on the Petitioner`s complaint and investigate the same and file a report before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate 3.
On perusal of records, so far no FIR has been registered on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 15.07.2014. Therefore, no transfer of investigation arises.
