Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition to extend the time in order dated 17.12.2021 in WMP.No.26610 of 2021 in WP.No.9362 of 2014, is allowed and the time is extended till today.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the condition imposed by this Court has already been complied with.

3. Accordingly, the Registry is directed to number the restoration petition.
