ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to quash the FIR in Crime No.108 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1 st respondent police submitted that the investigation is already over and the charge sheet has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruchengodu on 03.01.2025.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1 st respondent.

4. Since no adverse order is being passed against the 2 nd respondent, notice to the 2 nd respondent is dispensed with.

5. Since the investigation is already completed and the charge sheet has also been filed before the concerned Court, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 2/4

6. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
