This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to direct the second respondent to execute the warrant issued dated 23.02.2018 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gudiyatham, in C.C.No.195 of 2017.

2. On receipt of a summons, the first respondent did not appear before the trial Court. Therefore, the trial Court issued a Bailable Warrant on 23.02.2020 and it is pending on the file of the second respondent for execution.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances, the second respondent is directed to execute the Bailable Warrant issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gudiyatham, in C.C.No.195 of 2017 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
