This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience to the order of this Court dated 09.12.2025 in WMP.No.47701/2025 in W.P.No.42647 of 2025.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court, vide interim order dated 09.12.2025 issued direction to the respondent not to pass final orders on the application of the petitioner till the disposal of the writ petition. However, final orders were passed by the respondents subsequently and hence, the order of this Court has been violated.

3. Now it is represented by the learned counsel for the respondents that though the interim order came to be passed by this Court on 09.12.2025, it was communicated to the respondents only on 12.12.2025 and in the interregnum, on 10.12.2025, final orders were passed on the application of the petitioner. However, he submits that the final orders passed by the respondents will be kept in abeyance till the disposal of the main writ petition.
