3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, investigation is pending in Crime No.25 of 2016 before the respondent.

4. The respondent-Police is directed to investigate and file a Final Report expeditiously, before the concerned court, under due intimation to the de facto complainant.
