ORDER

Seeking a direction to the second respondent police to register the case on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 26.03.2015 and consequently take action as per law against the said person, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent that no such complaint dated 26.03.2015 was ever received by the second respondent police from the petitioner.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the complaint was sent by the petitioner through post to the second respondent.

5.In view of the above, no direction as sought for by the petitioner could be granted to the respondents. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the petitioner to give a copy of the complaint dated 26.03.2015 that has been enclosed before this Court to the second respondent police in person and on such presentation, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and if any cognizable offence is made out, act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
