The purchaser G. Kalyani has complied with the directions given by this Court by paying the entire sale consideration in respect of the property purchased by her which is owned by the plaintiff Trust. The money is now lying in the Court deposit. The applicant / plaintiff has filed this application seeking for an order of payment out of a sum of Rs.1,40,00,000/-, which is now lying to the credit of C.S. No.94 of 2020 and seeks for a direction to the Registry to transfer the said amount into the bank account of the plaintiff mentioned in the application.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant / plaintiff submits that the money is required to satisfy the objects of the plaintiff Trust.

3. This Court has perused and examined the contents of the affidavit filed in support of this application and is satisfied with the same.

4. Accordingly, this Court orders this payment out application by directing the Registry to transfer the amount of Rs.1,40,00,000/- lying in the credit of C.S. No.94 of 2020 to the bank account of the plaintiff viz., Current A/c. No.10640563914 - State Bank of India - Greames Road 1/3

Branch, Chennai - 600 006 - IFS Code :SBI N0020243. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for.
