This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to execute the non-bailable warrant issued against the first respondent in S.T.C.No.20 of 2006 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Ooty, Nilgiris.

KM 2.When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the second respondent, submitted that the case in S.T.C.No.20 of 2006 has been closed. 3.In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, no further orders are required to be passed in this Criminal Original Petition. Hence, recording the statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
