ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent to execute the warrant issued in M.P.No.926/2013 in M.C.No.464/2011 on the file of the learned III Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai within the stipulated time prescribed by this Court, the petitioners have come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3.Since, the matter is pending from the year 2011, the second respondent is directed to execute the warrant issued in M.P.No.926/2013 in M.C.No.464/2011 on the file of the learned III Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai and the learned III Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai is directed to monitor the same and obtain periodical reports from the second respondent as to the stage of the warrant.

4.With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
