(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 04.12.2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(C), 25, 29(1) of NDPS Act, 1985 in Crime No.1234 of 2020, seeks bail.

2. However, today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.J.Pradeep, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Original Petition.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
