When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up, the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners has filed a memorandum of compromise dated 11.04.2017, entered into between the petitioners and the second respondent (as individual capacity as well as on behalf of M/s.Oriental Capital Market Pvt.Ltd., as Director), and duly signed by them, amicably settling their disputes. Individual affidavits have also been filed by the petitioners and the second respondent, stating about the compromise entered into between them. In the affidavit filed by the second respondent, it is stated that he has no objection in quashing the impugned proceedings, in view of the compromise entered into between the parties.

2.The petitioners as well as the second respondent are present. Their identities have been verified and they accepted the contents in the memorandum of compromise as true and genuine. 3.The memorandum of compromise is recorded and the same shall form part of this order. Further, the individual affidavits filed by the petitioners as well as the second respondent are also taken on record. In view of the memorandum of compromise and the affidavits filed by the petitioners as well as the second respondent, the proceedings in FIR No.313 of 2009 on the file of the first respondent herein is quashed and the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of in terms of the memorandum of compromise.
