ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to conduct proper enquiry on the petitioner's complaint dated 26.01.2017 and take action, as per law.

2. The case of the petitioner is that she has lodged a complaint before the respondent herein alleging that one Shanmugavadivel and others, in order to grab the land belonging to her, are attempting to dispossess the petitioner. Though the complaint was submitted on 26.01.2017, till date, no steps have been taken by the respondent. Hence, this petition.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that no such complaint was received by the respondent police.

4. In view of the submission so made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is directed to submit a copy of the said complaint dated 26.01.2017 along with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

a copy of this order to the respondent and on such submission, the respondent shall conduct enquiry and take appropriate action, as per law.

5. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
