Alleging disobedience of the order dated 22.06.2022 in W.A. No. 1470 of 2022, the present contempt petition has been filed. 2.

Today, when the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Additional Government Pleader that the order of this Court has been complied with and he has also produced the proceedings issued by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.119/m3/2022 dated 10.04.2023 in regard thereto. 2\4

Learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with.

In view of the submissions made on either side and the proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 10.04.2023, recording the same, the contempt petition stands closed.
