This is a petition to condone the delay of 1163 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the fifth respondent in the above appeal.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the present miscellaneous petition, the delay of 1163 days stands condoned and the condone delay petition stands allowed.
