This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Judicial Magistrate, Vanur, Villupuram District for speedy disposal of the petition in C.M.P.No.161 of 2018 in Crime No.70 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Vanur, Villupuram District.

2. Today, Mr.N.Raja, Grade I - 1395, Kiliyanur Police Station, Villupupram District is present before this Court.

3. The respondent police is directed to produce the vehicle before the trial Court within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
