This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.04.2023 and to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.43 of 2023 on the file of second respondent to CBCID investigation.

2. Heard Mr.P.Pugalenthi, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that investigation in Crime No.43 of 2023 has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate II, Pollachi, which was taken on file in PRC No.21 of 2023 and thereafter, the case was committed to Additional District Court IV, Coimbatore and the same was taken on file in S.C.No.243 of 2023.
