4. It is seen that the petitioner has presented a document viz., cancellation deed of Power of Attorney dated 20.07.2017, for registration before the second respondent. It is further seen that though such document was assigned with a document No.03167 of 2017, also by issuing a receipt No.201724049, the second respondent has not returned the document to the petitioner so far. Therefore, the petitioner made a representation dated 03.10.2017, for return of the document.
5. The grievance of the petitioner is that the second respondent has not considered the representation so far. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the second respondent to consider and decide the same. Thus, this writ petition is disposed of, only with a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.10.2017 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
