This matter was taken up for hearing under the caption "For Being Mentioned" today at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for petitioner would submit that this Court by an order dated 08.03.2023 allowed the above Tr.C.M.P. However, in paras 2 and 3 of the order, instead of mentioning "I.D.O.P. No. 1969 of 2021", it was wrongly mentioned as "I.D.O.P.No.1989 of 2019". Hence, the matter is listed today.

3. Heard the contentions of learned counsel for petitioner and perused the order.

4. Considering his submissions, in paragraphs 2 and 3 of the order, the I.D.O.P.No. 1989 of 2019 shall be substituted as I.D.O.P.No.1969 of 2021.

5. Registry is directed to incorporate above correction in the Order of this Court in Tr.C.M.P. No.28 of 2023 dated 08.03.2023 and issue fresh order copy to the petitioner.
