PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, praying to direct the respondent police to give protection to the property situated in Survey No.265/9 part bearing patta No.2406 measuring an area of 2148 sq. ft bounded on the North by S.No.265/3 Part, South by Land belong to Mr.Raman, East by S.No.266 Part, West by 30 ft road by registering FIR on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 13.06.2016.

ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for police protection.

of time and this Court is not inclined to grant any police protection.
3. If and when the petitioner encounters a situation wherein he requires police protection for the life and property, a fresh representation can be made to the respondent police and the same shall be considered and a proper action shall be taken in accordance with law.
