ORDER

The petitioner seeks a mandamus directing respondents to consider petitioner's representation dated 16.09.2019 seeking loan for education of the petitioner's son.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner's son had enrolled in K.LE Society Law College, Bengaluru in 2018 - 2019. Hence, as the candidate has completed the Course in 2022 - 2023 pending writ petition, evidently there is no necessity for the educational loan any further and the writ petition is rendered infructuous on this very count.

3. Recording this, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
