ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.28471 of 2025 dated 04.11.2025, passed by this Court to appear before the concerned Court daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. __________ https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. Learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.28471 of 2025 dated 04.11.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
