ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "Directing the1st and 2nd respondents to consider petitioner representation dated 15.12.2025 to provide NOC for the petitioners house No TNHB M / 779 situated at S. no 391/2 House No M 779, Pallipalayam village, Thirchengodu Taluk Namakkal District within stipulated time "

The petitioner would submit that on 27.05.1999, a house bearing No.TNHB M/779, situate at Survey No.391/2, House No.M-779, Pallipalayam Village, Thiruchengodu Taluk, Namakkal District, was allotted to him by the 2nd respondent. For the said house, the petitioner had availed a loan of Rs.2,85,000/- from the 1st respondent.
3. The petitioner would further submit that in the year 2016, he had applied for issuance of a No Objection Certificate (NOC) in respect of the said house. At that time, the respondents had demanded an additional sum of Rs.1,88,804/- for issuing the NOC. Thereafter, in the year 2017, the petitioner had requested the 3rd respondent to deduct the said amount from his Provident Fund account. Accordingly, the 3rd respondent had deducted a sum of Rs.1,86,804/- from the petitioner's Provident Fund account. However, the said amount was erroneously remitted to Account No. 2056-00-101-AA-7723 instead of Account No. 0049-04-800-AT-0107.
4. The 3rd respondent had admitted the mistake and issued a notice in this regard. Pursuant thereto, the Office of the Principal Accountant General (A&E), Tamil Nadu, Chennai, had issued a Note of Error and directed the 4th respondent to take necessary action. Subsequently, the 1st respondent directed the 4th respondent to rectify the mistake and pass appropriate orders. Since, no orders had been passed by the 4th respondent for a considerable period of time, the petitioner had made a representation dated 15.12.2025 seeking rectification of the mistake committed by the 3rd respondent and issuance of No Objection Certificate. However, to date the same has not been considered. Hence, the Writ Petition.
5. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the records.

Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner and taking note of the fact that the requisite amount for issuance of the No Objection Certificate (NOC) has already been deducted from the petitioner's account by the respondents, respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 15.12.2025, seeking issuance of the NOC, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
