APP C O M M O N O R D E R (Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) HCP No.1218 of 2015 has been filed by the petitioner/husband of the detenue A.Subbulakshmi, to cause production of her wife, before this Court and to set her at liberty.

HCP No.1252 of 2015 has been filed by the petitioner/mother of the detenu E.Kesavan, S/o.K.Elumalai, aged about 28 years, to cause production of her son, before this Court and to set him at liberty. 2.The alleged detenues are secured and produced before this Court by the respondent police.

3.On enquiry, the alleged detenue Subbulakshmi told us that there is no illegal detention by anybody and she expressed her willingness to go along with her husband/petitioner in H.C.P. No.1218 of 2015, who is also present before us.
