In the last hearing i.e., on 04.09.2019, Ms.P.T.Rama Devi has stated that she already sent a letter through registered post and the same was returned on 15.06.2017 as ''addressee died'' and hence, the matter has been posted today (12.09.2019) for taking steps, to implead the LRs of the appellant.

2. Ms.P.T.Rama Devi has submitted that she has not filed Vakalat for the appellant. Since she is attached to the counsel who was on record for the appellant, her name has been printed in the cause-list. This matter has been posted today for taking steps to implead the LRs of the appellant, but steps not taken. Hence, the second appeal is dismissed as abated. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
