O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission submitted the letter dated 28.02.2019, issued by the Under Secretary, Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission, stating that the writ petitioner P.Muthulakshmi, has not come to the zone of consideration for the Main Written Examination for the post of Assistant Public Prosecutor, GradeII to be held on 11.05.2017 and 12.05.2019 in respect of the Notification No.23/2018 dated 03.01.2018 in which the preliminary examination was held on 05.01.2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.In view of the fact that the writ petitioner was not successful in the preliminary examination, a question of issuing Hall-Ticket and all other grounds raised in the writ petition would not arise at all.

3.Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
