This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to surrender before the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Schedule Caste and Schedule Tribe Act, Vellore in Crime No.133 of 2021 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Omerabad Police Station, Ambur Taluk.

2. Having satisfied with the reason stated in the petition, two weeks time is extended from the date of receipt of copy of this order, for the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2777 of 2022 dated 14.11.2022.
