Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the orders passed by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.16524/V1/E1/ 2012 dated 07.01.2013 confirming the orders passed by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.99795/V1/E1/2006 dated 05.11.2011 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to transfer the petitioner to the post of Vocational Instructor in Agriculture in Government Boys Higher Secondary School, Virudhachalam, Cuddalore District within the time frame to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
