W.M.P.No.392 of 2020 in W.P.No.18389 of 2011 ABDUL QUDDHOSE.J, This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to substitute M.Kamatchi and P.Dhanalakshmi as petitioners in the place of the deceased petitioner P.Dhanabakkiam to proceed further in the above writ petition.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection for allowing this petition and this Court is also satisfied with the reasons containing in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the above Miscellaneous Petition is allowed as prayed for.

3. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and post the main writ petition for hearing on 10.02.2020.
