ORDER

The matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal" today. There is no representation on the side of the petitioner. Even on the earlier occasion i.e., on 17.02.2020, when the matter was called in the morning, the learned counsel for the petitioner had sought for a short pass over and once again when the matter was called in the afternoon, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought for an adjournment. It is seen from the proceedings that the learned counsel for the petitioner has been repeatedly seeking adjournments in this matter. This writ petition is of the year 2012. It can now be inferred that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this writ petition. Accordingly this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
