Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to forbear for demanding unlawful gain or illegal gratification for the purpose of peaceful running of business in GSS (Grand Sweet and Sancks) Restaurant and consequently direct for filling a report for the incident occurred on 30.04.2018 and to take necessary action against the third respondent as per procedural of law and departmentally. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to forbear the third respondent for demanding any Mamool from the petitioner.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the petitioner has been removed from the service of the employer on the ground that he gave false complaint against the police.

3. Since the petitioner has been removed from the service of the employer namely Grand Sweet and Snacks, the petitioner does not have any locus-standi to maintain the Writ Petition.
