extent of 2.17 acres, survey No.50/2A measuring to an extent of 0.92 acre situated at Sorakayalapalli Village, Shoolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District, by considering the representation dated 4.12.2025 within a stipulated period. For Petitioner(s):

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to survey and demarcate the property, which according to the petitioner is owned by him, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner had submitted a representation dated 04.12.2025 seeking for survey and demarcation of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents 3 to 10, notice to them in this writ petition is dispensed with.

4. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents 1 and 2, if the aforesaid representation of the petitioner is considered, on merits and in accordance with

law, after hearing objections from the respondents 3 to 10 as well as any other party whom they deem fit to enquire. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) Before surveying the land in question, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to issue notice to the respondents 3 to 10, and also to any other party, whom they deem fit to enquire. (b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the respondents 1 and 2 shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

(c) If any need arises, the respondents 1 and 2 are permitted to submit a petition for police assistance, and upon receipt of such request, the concerned jurisdictional police shall render necessary police assistance for conducting survey and demarcation of the subject property.
