Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st to 3rd respondents not to disburse compensation to the fourth and fifth respondents in respect of lands donated by them to Veppampattu Panchayat by way of gift deed dated 21.07.2006 comprised in S.Nos.15/1, 15/2A, 15/2B, 15/2C, 15/2D, 15/3A, 15/3C, 15/3D, 15/4, 25/2A, 26/1, 26/2 and to grant appropriate compensation to the extent of 8770 sq.m. situated in 87-Veppampattu Panchayat, Tiruvallur Taluk and District to Veppampattu Panchayat

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st to 3rd respondents not to disburse compensation to the fourth and fifth respondents in respect of lands donated by them to Veppampattu Panchayat by way of gift deed dated 21.07.2006 comprised in S.Nos.15/1, 15/2A, 15/2B, 15/2C, 15/2D, 15/3A, 15/3C, 15/3D, 15/4, 25/2A, 26/1, 26/2 and to grant appropriate compensation to the extent of 8770 sq.m. situated in 87-Veppampattu Panchayat, Tiruvallur Taluk and District to Veppampattu Panchayat.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.

3. In view of the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No order as to costs.
