ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent Police to register the First Information Report on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 15.12.2021 and investigate the matter in accordance with law.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner had sent a complaint through registered post on 16.12.2021. Thereafter, no action has been taken. Despite the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner had submitted the video recording of the illegal acts of the four persons named in the complaint, the third respondent Police has not taken any proper action which is emboldening the named persons to threaten the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the receipt of the complaint, enquiry was conducted on 17.12.2021, the named persons in the complaint were also called for enquiry. The petitioner as well as these persons were enquired. Further enquiry was made thereafter, the complaint was found to be false and hence the complaint was closed.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the closure of the complaint has not been informed by the third respondent.

5. The petitioner is at liberty work out his remedy in accordance with law, if he so desires.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
