O R D E R

Mr.I.C.Vasudevan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that though this revision has been filed against the order passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethi Mandram (Fast Track Mahila Court), Erode in Crl.M.P.No.254

of 2017, whereby, the Court has directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.1,35,000/-, which is part of the compensation amount imposed by the trial Court and executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties each for the like sum before the trial Court on or before 22.08.2017, the petitioner's only grievance is that, if the time granted up to 22.08.2017 is extended and further time of atleast two weeks is given, he is ready and willing to comply with the said order of the first Appellate Court which, is impugned herein.

2.Since the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has not expressed any reservation with regard to the said order imposed by the first Appellate Court and his only grievance is for extension of some time enable to comply with the said order of the first Appellate Court dated 01.08.2017. This Court, therefore is of the considered view that this revision case can be disposed of at the admission stage itself.

3.In the result, the following orders are passed: (i) That the petitioner is given further time of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the condition imposed by the first Appellate Court in the

order impugned i.e., deposit a sum of Rs.1,35,000/- and execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties each for the like sum before the trial Court on or before 22.08.2017.

(ii) It is made clear that if the petitioner is not complying with the said condition within the extended time of two weeks granted by this order, it is open to the first Appellate Court to proceed in accordance with law.

4.With these observations and directions, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed at the admission stage itself. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 23.08.2017 Index:yes/no Internet:yes/no AT
