This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court upon the petitioner/appellant in Crl.M.P.No.10770 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.773 of 2023 vide order dated 27.07.2023, to appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI Cases submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this criminal miscellaneous petition stands ordered and the condition in paragraph 5 imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.10770 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.773 of 2023 vide order dated 27.07.2023, is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in three months on the first working day of the particular month at 10.30 a.m, starting from the 1st working day of February 2024, until further orders." It is made clear that the rest of the condition shall remains unaltered.
