This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register an FIR., on the complaint dated 02.07.2015 given by the petitioner and to take action in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on a complaint dated 02.07.2015 given by this petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 15.08.2015. A copy of the closure report was furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
