Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to execute the sureties as condition made in Crl OP.No.10126 of 2020 vide dated 06.07.2020 in Cr no.632/2020 pending investigation on the file of the respondent police.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SATHISH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10126 of 2020 dated 06.07.2020 to execute sureties and to comply with the conditions.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered with cost and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only) to the Tamil Nadu Advocate Clerk Association, High Court Madras, Indian Bank, High Court Branch, A/c.No.484026006 IFSC.No. IDIB000M157.
